Garden Tuesday

This is what it's all about right now.  It's a flurry of activity, everyone flying around with purpose.  Everybody busy building their nests.

A bit of sun and warm weather energizes us as well, doesn't it?  Being on the road, not having a garden this year will be hard.  Normally I'd be planning, planting, fertilizing.  I found myself pulling weeds next to the motorhome a few days ago.  I can't seem to help myself.  I may have to buy myself a hanging plant to hang outside to take care of.   Maybe a big pot of petunias!  :)

  1. Yes, I certainly think you need some potted flowers to set outside your RV when you stop:)
Our little birdies around here are very busy too!
I love hearing their excited chatter out my window.

  4. Plant yourself a pot of some herb you use, like mint or oregano or chives. They won't die and it will help your gardening itch!

  5. Oh, yes! Petunias would be so lovely and easy to care for...not to mention, fragrant! ;^) I like the herb idea, too. ;^) I have teeny baby lavender plants sprouting in my window! ;^)

  6. I love purple petunias! They seem to be the most fragrant to me.

  9. We are strange creatures. We are, I think, the only creatures that create hard work for enjoyment. I love my garden in Scotland but sometimes wonder at the huge amount of work needed to keep it in order (never mind the years taken to create it). You have the advantage of a permanently changing garden - of nature.
