Garden Tuesday

Having no garden of my very own these days, I'm finding great pleasure in the plants & wildflowers here in Oregon.
Hydrangeas have always been a favorite of mine, but I've never lived in an area where they would do well.
This is the exact color I would strive for.
Blue, on the verge of turning pink.

  2. I love hydrangeas! They are all so pretty. I have none here, but would love to try them. I can email you my black-eyed peas recipe if you send me your email. Mine is alabamakatg@gmail.com. Thanks for commenting on my blog.

  3. Hydrangeas have never been one of my favourites but I'm coming round. I even tried to grow some a couple of years ago. they must have known my feelings 'cos they died. No one else around here can kill them - they grow huge.

  4. Hi there Shabby girl! I love those flowers! I have tried and tried to grow them but the heat is just to much here for them. Oregon and the market reminds me of Seattle and their "Pikes" market. I love that place. Hubby hates it cause it is so crowded but oh the flowers you can buy for nearly NOTHING! Are you traveling...or are you settled in Oregon? I don't see an e-mail address for you?? e-mail me ok...
