Garden Tuesday

The view from my "yard" around the motorhome here in TX is like this in many areas:
Texas is experiencing the worst drought they've had in a long time. People are praying for rain, literally, but always with the caveat of "but not too much!" Evidently that is a big problem too.
Even with the dry, cracked earth, the trees and the grasses are a beautiful spring green.

  1. My son went to our local Agway for wasp killer this morning, and they told him we'd had 2" of rain overnight, on top of the 6" of rain we had last week. Wish I could send some to you in Texas!

  2. I would be happy to send some from Vancouver. The cintronella candles are floating in their holders, we have had so much rain.

  3. Texas is given to extremes - even in weather. This photo captures drought very well. I hope you have a great day. Blessings...Mary

  4. Our ground was getting like that in Oklahoma, but we've had our healing rains...thank goodness....
